Assessment Letter

Occasionally, realtors contact The River Woods Social Club Board Members for a letter of paid assessment for the buying/selling of River Woods homes. This letter is completely unnecessary because The River Woods Social Club is strictly a voluntary, non-mandatory, social organization. 

This letter should not be a requirement for the closing process of your real estate transactions. 

The River Woods Social Club of Naperville, is sometimes confused with River Woods of Bolingbrook, we are not the same.
